MOVE WITH ME

I (she/her) teach womxn to reclaim their bodies as a source of joy, creativity, and strength. I currently teach lagree pilates at SLT.

As a barre, yoga, ballet, and movement for the actor teacher, I believe in the magic of movement as medicine. I’m a 200 HR RYT through YogaWorks and a 66 HR Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers graduate through Yoga 216. You can connect with me @meaghanmoves on Instagram.

I deliver a high-quality, high-intensity, and low-impact fitness method to set up clients for success and longevity. I emphasize effective, efficient, and fun movement that allows clients to reach their wellness goals. I offer clients a sense of empowerment and confidence to take into the rest of their day. I teach to the beat. Music is an essential part of my joy and passion for movement. I’m committed to offering fitness as a tool to help clients reach their highest potential while building supportive communities.
